RIGA TRIP...
For any of our amigos out there who would like to join us in a soiree to Riga, Latvia.... We will be flying in on the 24th of May for 5 nights of madness and mayhem. Enjoy the worlds finest array of art-nouveau buildings, wander around the heritage listed old town, shoot an AK-47 in a Russian bunker, and down a few very reasonably priced cold ales.
It will be a right crack. We're staying in a renovated section of the old castle in the middle of town. If you're deadset keen.... let us know in advance and we'll book you in. The hostel was voted #1 internationally in 2005, so it must be good. A nights accom costs about 7 or 8 quid.
Get in quick.

ahhh if only i had sorted myself earlier it might almost have been possible. Riga sounds wicked and even though i just got an itineray 3 pages long for myself, i'm bloody jealous!! (maybe cos i had to google where it is as never heard of it -> so it seems v exotic to me)... Your photos are beautiful Bear, thanks for the armchair Budapest tour.
